Shipping policy

  • Orders are shipped out approximately 1-2 times a week, pending major holidays. If you have ordered a ready-to-ship nail set, your nail set will likely be mailed out within a week.
  • At this time, we are only offering shipping domestically within the US.
  • If an order is refused or undelivered due to an incorrect/incomplete address, you are responsible for the original shipping expenses, reshipment costs, as well as any additional duties, fees, or taxes incurred in shipping.
  • STUDIO AOKO is not responsible for any delayed, missing, lost, or stolen packages. After the packaged goods are shipped, we are not held liable and we do not have any contact or control over the package. Please contact the carrier directly with any shipping related issues.
